An unknown solution that is hidden from most people is to just try other metals like platinum and such, but there is a hidden middle ground between gold and not golden color and that is the white gold!
If you'll try and check what most women wear you'll notice that gold earrings are not that popular as one might think, this is not because it's too expensive or too high class or whatever anyone can think but rather because the golden color is not as beautiful as the silver is for an earring. So most women prefer their earrings to be made of other metals than gold.
The silver on the other hand, not only that it brightens the beauty of the diamond and all the other precious stones without capturing all the attention to it, as oppose to gold that when is present it takes out of gems beauty by being more there than it should be.
What I mean is that when you look at a pair of gold diamond earrings your attention is captured by the beauty of the gold and of course by the gem itself, but unfortunately the gold should be more like a frame to the diamond to enhance the beauty of it and not to grab the show to himself.
While a silver diamond earrings are more emphasized on the rock than on the metal and making the viewer more focused on the center of the attention. Even though silver is that much better from a focused attention perspective, it still not that much subtle and nice to look at when it compared to white gold.
White gold will always win in this comparison since it's not that dramatic as silver and is very solid as a nice frame to the gem!
Thinking on earings like that and comparing the different metals has always been and will be depend on the eye of the beholder, while one sees gold as that and platinum as this it will be a thing to argue over a dinner or a weekend. All this without getting to any conclusion cause it all about what you like or not like, not what is true and what is false.
By this opinion on white gold I am discriminating a different type of gold which is the red gold. Some people don't know about it some heard the term but don't believe it exist, and out of those who do know about it there are a lot that don't like the color. I do like the color but I think that in earrings it is rare to see a great design that would include red gold and a diamond.
Perhaps a ruby would fit really well with it and you can try and look for something like that if you are really interested, though I haven't seen a really wonderful pair of red gold ruby earrings.
I find it very interesting the combination of the right gem with a complimentary metal to really shine and polish the beauty of it, cause while considering different combinations and looking into new ideas you can find things that the mind could not imagine and the eye will never be full of it. Those kind of things can make your heart swivel inside you (I know it's a weird word to say in this context).
Women Diamond Earrings
Many words have been said on the beauty of the diamond and many other on the beauty of a woman, yet not too many words has been said (or at least not enough) on how they compliment each other. It seems as though one was created for the other, to shine on her and to beautify her.
Different types of jewelery were created to connect the two and they very on almost every visible piece of flesh on the female body (some even in the hidden parts as well) the ring on the finger the necklace on her breast, the bracelet on the hand (or legs) and the earrings on the ears.
You can look at it as if the earring is the ring for the ear and the necklace is the bracelet for the breast.
Many different variations and combination of ideas created a vast world of jewelry and beauty, cultural differences also added to where you can put a jewel and new discoveries have affected the way we think of jewelery.
Still the one thing that really beautify a woman's face without getting too much of attention is still (and always will be) the earrings, this is why you will always should prefer buying earrings on buying any other jewellery since any woman would love wearing them and showing off to her friends.
