Princess Cut Diamond Earrings

It seems as though this cut is that famous that people would consider it the most popular of the various diamond cuts, the name of this cut is definitely better than the (might not be as famous but IS the most popular cut) round brilliant cut.

The round brilliant is the most used cut today on earrings necklaces rings and so on. The reason this cut is more popular is that it makes the diamond to shine like no other cut can, based on mathematics this cut makes the diamond brilliancy to be the highest possible by calculating the direction of the light rays through and on the gem.

By the name you'll know that this cut is round as oppose to the princess cut which is squarish with beveled corners. The princess cut makes a better cut in the way it uses more of the rough diamond in comparison to the round brilliant, it was invented by 3 Israelis in 1979 and got very popular quickly.

Some might think that the round brilliant is better for earrings than the princess cut, but as you might notice if you'll look around a bit you'll see that it is a very popular shape for diamond earrings and is actually very nice to look at. It's easier to judge when you think of something without seeing it but in practice many women like princess cut diamond earrings better than round brilliant diamond earrings.

White Gold Diamond Earrings

This interest me when I think of things that the general public would like I do notice some similarities when you try to compare how strange things get favorite by so many people (with that it changes their status to be less strange and more common than other previously discovered things), it seem as if the more strange an idea or an object is it will gain popularity faster.

I would think that a square diamond is looking less charming than a round diamond but as you already know this is in fact not true, and the popularity of the princess cut diamond jewelry would stand to show how a lot and a major part of the jewelry wearing crowd does in fact like it.

It reminds me of a similar thing regarding jewellery that caught my attention as weird, I like the color of the white gold and I think that white gold earrings are the most beautiful of any other kind of earrings.

For a long time I thought I was unique in my admiration of this metal, imagine my surprise to hear that a few people around me like this with that much passion as well.

My conclusion of all this is that you might not like or agree with everyone else around you in regard to anything but still you might be attracted to the same things because of those deeper issues in the human thinking in wanting to be unique or being favored etc.

Anyhow to get back to the subject at hand, an idea I had was to see how those 2 exceptional things go together in the earings world. I wanted to see how a princess cut diamond would look like on a pair of white gold earrings.

Of course that was a huge success since this combination is a winner (though there is much to consider when choosing earring combinations this is without all the other things like shape design etc.) it's very popular among women and some might consider these the most beautiful earings ever. You shouldn't think of that as the only thing out there and there is a lot to be said regarding personal flavor and taste, still these are indeed a nice pair of 2 ideas.

Would she like what you're buying, that's out of my line of thought right now and you can look for things I wrote in the past regarding what she would prefer and what is needed when you are thinking on buying jewelry to your wife or girlfriend.

Princess Cut or Round Brilliant

That's a long discussion right there and I might even do a separate article on that question alone, but I'll say a few thoughts that comes to mind when hearing this question.

First this is not a yes or no question there is no black and white when it comes to diamonds or choosing in general, you should always think of it in relations of what purpose you are trying to accomplish and what exactly you need.

The round brilliant is definitely a favorite in the precious stones world, because of it's unique characteristics it does look beautiful even when it's only a simple fake glass and most people would think it safe to go that way. But as you must know already that when it comes to what to wear women thinks differently and take it as a whole process of choosing and matching, so with this knowledge at hand you should consider what you are asking or maybe try to rephrase the question as it suppose to be asked.

Would she like princess cut or round brilliant cut?

Now it will be a bit easier since we are not talking about the ultimate truth between those 2 cuts, now the question is if a certain person would like this or that. As it happens a lot when trying to answer these type of questions you'll be mistakenly confidence with any answer you get, and this is as said before a mistake!

Try and look at it from a different perspective, it's not whether she like it or not but rather if it will fit her with the many things she got. This is not a definitive science (not even close) but you might know more than you care to admit on how to show her things she would like or how to present them in a way that will make her like that silver ring (even though it didn't cost that much or was any different than the other rings in the store)

I would like to go on with this subject later on in other articles anyway bye for now,

Bruce.
